It seems that the sundial on the deserted Jersey City waterfront has stopped measuring time. It feels as if time stood still.
Alina Oswald is a writer and photographer covering stories related to the LGBTQIA community, HIV and AIDS, as well as COVID-19, women's rights, and related art and activism.
